ENTRY FEES: The Entry Fee of $20 per person (inc. GST) is to be paid to Golf WA Please use the following details to pay the above entry fees via bank transfer. Once paid please send remittance advice to events@golfwa.org.au BSB: 016-452 Account: 2024-40311 (please put school name and EVJ06 as a reference)To make a card payment please call the GolfWA office on 08 9367 2490 after submitting the two page form below.
