EVENTS & TOURNAMENT OFFICER
Critical to the success of the above position, our team is on the lookout for someone who’s passion for the sport coincides with their ability to meticulously prepare for and deliver a wide range of events on the golfing calendar. Reporting to the Golf Operations Manager, an overview of the responsibilities of the Events & Tournament Officer will include the coordination and execution of various GolfWA events and the corresponding administrative requirements, the preparation and management of relevant tournament budgets, annual fixtures and preparation and delivery of various statical tournament reports.

GAME DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Reporting directly to the Golf Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery and administration of the MYGolf in Schools Program (metropolitan) and play a key role in the delivery of the Golf Australia Participation Plan (MYGolf at Club Level, Vision 2025, Get Into Golf, Community Instructor and Inclusion) as well as Sporting Schools. Additionally, developing and maintaining links/relationships with relevant staff and volunteers of Golf Clubs in WA, other State bodies and Golf Australia, Healthway, the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries and School Sport WA, as well as other organisations relevant to Game Development will be a vital aspect of the role.

HIGH PERFORMANCE COORDINATOR
GolfWA has a strong proven track record in recent years of producing outstanding elite athletes and we are determined to appoint a person who can build on this success. Reporting to the Golf Operations Manager, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate proficiency in the preparation, management and delivery of the High Performance Programme in order to achieve GolfWA’s and Golf Australia’s KPI’s. This will include, but not be limited to, Talent Development and Identification strategies, maintaining accurate records and databases for all aspects in relation to the High Performance Programme, coordinate and attend GolfWA / Golf Australia Training camps in conjunction with relevant personnel, preparation of all travel arrangements for athletes representing WA and the preparation and monitoring of the High Performance budget.
