Affiliation Application

Outlined below is the process on how to become affiliated with Golf WA:

Step 1

In order to submit an application for affiliation with Golf WA your club first need to determine which category they will be applying for.

Once the club category has been determined, please follow the steps outlined in the attached document below

Step 3

In order to be affiliated, a club would need its constitution, application form and club information form completed and submitted to the following address:

 

Upon acceptance by Golf WA we will then register the club with Golf Link and put them in contact with your club in order for Golf Link to obtain your individual members details.
