Girls Golf Clubs

Girls partcipation rate for golf has been on an alarming descent in the last few years. Golf WA aims to encourage more clubs to be more active in attracting girls to play golf.
The Girls Golf Club is based on a running concept set up initially in Lake Claremont Golf Course in 1995. Studies have shown that girls are likely to stay in a sport if they receive encouragement and support from other girls in the same environment.
The target age for girls is between 5 -16 years.
