About High Performance

High Performance

Golf WA is the governing body for men's and women's golf in Western Australia and oversees the development of the game and its elite golfers. At the elite amateur level, teams will be chosen from time to time to represent Western Australia in national competition. These teams may be senior or junior golfers. A player's performance will be monitored from results achieved at National, State Ranking and State Stroke Averages from which the State Selection Panel is able to assess performance of athletes over time.
