About High Performance

High Performance

Golf WA is the governing body for men’s and women’s amateur golf in Western Australia and oversees the development of the game and its elite golfers.

At the elite amateur level, players will be chosen from time to time to represent Western Australia in national competition. These players may be senior or junior golfers. A player’s performance will be monitored from results achieved at National, State Ranking and Junior events from which the State Selection Panel is able to assess performance of athletes over time.
